1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between SAKURA GROUP SRL, trading as SAKURION (hereinafter "SAKURION"), and its clients (hereinafter "the Client"). By placing an order or booking a service, the Client expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions. Any derogation must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Offers and Prices

All offers are valid while stocks last. Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of Belgian VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before the order is confirmed. SAKURION reserves the right to correct manifest errors.

4. Orders and Formation of the Contract

The contract is concluded once SAKURION confirms the order by email. SAKURION reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability or incorrect pricing.

5. Payment

Orders are payable in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; SAKURION does not store full card details.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not binding. Risk passes to the Client upon delivery. The Client must report any visible damage or non-conformity within a reasonable period.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, a consumer purchasing at a distance has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, without giving reasons, by notifying SAKURION at info@sakurion.beauty. Products must be returned unused, in their original and unopened packaging. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless the product is defective.

8. Services and Appointments

Bookings for treatments or training are personal. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be invoiced.

9. Legal Warranty of Conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two (2) years on goods, in accordance with Belgian law. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights.

10. Liability

SAKURION’s liability is limited to the value of the order. Cosmetic products are intended for external use; the Client must read the instructions and perform a patch test where recommended. SAKURION cannot be held liable for misuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the SAKURION name, logo, texts, and images — is protected and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Force Majeure

SAKURION is not liable for any failure resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be addressed to info@sakurion.beauty. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights.
